For many people, the fact that the Foger Switch Pro stores its e-liquid in a clear tank is its defining feature. The tank completely eliminates the need to have a smart screen with an e-liquid meter because you can just look at your device to see how much e-liquid is left.
We’ve predicted in our reviews that clear e-liquid storage was most likely the future for all disposable vapes. Looking at recent releases like the Foger Bit, we’re feeling pretty confident about that prediction. In addition to eliminating the need for an e-liquid meter, a clear tank also eliminates the waste inherent in the saturated fiber wicks that most disposable vapes use. For disposable vapes, clear tanks provide nothing but benefits without any drawbacks. There’s no reason why all vapes shouldn’t use this design.
As we mentioned in this review’s introduction, though, the two-part design of the Foger Switch Pro isn’t for everyone. Dividing the battery capacity between two components means that the Switch Pro is a bit larger than most other disposable vapes, and the pod doesn’t have a large enough battery to be useful on its own for long.
If you don’t want to bother with a two-part vape, the Foger Bit allows you to enjoy the benefits of a clear tank in a more traditional one-part package.
Unique Bitcoin-Inspired Design
As far as we can tell, the Foger Bit is the first disposable vape with a Bitcoin-inspired design. The Bitcoin logo is scattered around the device, which is a design element that you’ll almost certainly find appealing if you’re a Bitcoin aficionado. Independent Power and Airflow Adjustments
The last major feature of the Foger Bit is one that’s small but extremely useful: The power and airflow adjustments are separate from one another.
In the first generation of adjustable vapes like the Geek Bar Pulse, the power and airflow adjustments are condensed into a single switch. When you adjust the power, you’re also adjusting the airflow. That means you can’t have a tighter draw with the higher power setting or a looser draw with the lower power setting.
With the Foger Bit, the power setting has its own dedicated button, and airflow adjustments are performed via a slider on the bottom of the device. That gives you the freedom to use any airflow setting in conjunction with any power setting.

It’s a modest selection compared to the huge range of flavors available for the Foger Switch Pro, but that’s a typical strategy for any new disposable vape. Foger will let the market dictate its strategy for the Bit, and you can definitely expect the selection to grow if the device is successful. In the meantime, the original range of 15 flavors should include something for just about everyone.

Fixing Problems with the Foger Bit
Foger Bit Not Hitting
If your Foger Bit isn’t hitting when you puff on it, follow these steps.
- Check the screen. Is it not coming on at all, even when you press the button? The battery is probably dead. Connect the Foger Bit to your computer to charge the battery.
- If your Foger Bit has never worked, make sure that you’ve unpacked the device correctly. You’ll usually find a strip of tape covering the bottom airflow vent, and the device won’t work until the strip is removed.
Foger Bit Tastes Burnt
If your Foger Bit tastes burnt, it means one of the following things.
- If you get a burnt flavor every time you puff on it, the device is most likely out of e-liquid. You’ll probably get a few more good puffs when the tank is empty – but once the device has reached that point, you’ll need to replace it very soon.
- If you get a burnt flavor even though the tank still has e-liquid in it, air bubbles could have formed around the device’s wick, preventing the vape juice from absorbing into the coil. Tap the device gently a few times to break the bubbles.
