The Eco Nano series serves an important purpose in the large range of Vaporesso vapes. Vaporesso has long been famous for its top-quality refillable devices, but millions of vapers these days are getting their start with disposable vapes rather than refillable ones. Vaporesso needs a refillable device that can compete, and that’s exactly what the Eco Nano does. It’s simple like a disposable vape, and it offers much more vaping time between refills to compete with today’s long-lasting disposable devices. As an added bonus, it’s also much smaller than most disposable vapes.
The original Eco Nano was a big success for Vaporesso, and now they’re back with the new Eco Nano 2. The Eco Nano 2 features some subtle design refinements, and it comes with a brand-new pod that delivers better flavor and bigger clouds than ever.

How does it stack up? In this review, we’ll explain everything you need to know.

How Much Does the Vaporesso Eco Nano 2 Cost?
The Vaporesso Eco Nano 2 is an extremely affordable $13.75 at the time of writing, putting it right in the sweet spot to compete with disposable vapes. The kit includes the Eco Nano 2 device, one 0.6-ohm pod and an instruction manual.
Eco Nano pods cost $6.99 and are sold in packs of two. You can generally expect a pod to last at least a week, but we do recommend adding at least one extra box of pods to your order to ensure that you’ll still be able to vape if the pod included with the kit burns out unexpectedly.

Vaporesso Eco Nano 2 Features

Subtle Enhancements from the Original Eco Nano
In most ways, the Eco Nano 2 is essentially the same device as the original Eco Nano aside from some mild design enhancements. The battery capacity, pod capacity and overall shape are the same, although the Eco Nano 2 has a gentle curve on the exterior that makes it feel a little slimmer than its predecessor. The Eco Nano 2 also has a four-section battery indicator that’s easier to understand than the single light of the original Eco Nano.
The Eco Nano 2 does include a new pod – which we’ll discuss in a moment – but all three Eco Nano pods are compatible with both Eco Nano devices.
Overall, the Eco Nano 2 is mainly aimed at you if you don’t own the original Eco Nano and are shopping for your first refillable vape. If you own the original Eco Nano and have no problems with it, the Eco Nano 2 isn’t an essential upgrade because the new pod will work with your device.
All-New Lush Mesh Pod
The biggest feature of the Eco Nano 2 is the fact that it includes Vaporesso’s new 0.6-ohm Lush Mesh pod. Delivering much bigger vapor clouds and bolder flavors compared to the previous Eco Nano pods, the Lush Mesh pod is intended to compete with the higher vapor production of today’s multi-coil disposable vapes. If you currently use disposable devices and typically vape with your device’s Pulse Mode or Turbo Mode turned on, you’ll probably be a big fan of the Lush Mesh pod.
All of the pods and devices in the Eco Nano series are compatible with one another, so you can use the Lush Mesh pod if you have the original Eco Nano device. The Eco Nano 2 also works with the original 0.8- and 1.2-ohm pods.
Fixing Problems with the Vaporesso Eco Nano 2

If the Vaporesso Eco Nano 2 is your first refillable vape, it’s natural that you might experience a problem or two along the way. Thankfully, the Eco Nano 2 is such a simple device that there’s very little that can go wrong with it. If your Eco Nano 2 isn’t working, here’s what you can do to fix it.
Eco Nano 2 Not Charging
If the battery indicators don’t light up when you connect the charging cable to your Eco Nano 2, here’s what you should do.
- Test the device to confirm that it isn’t charged already. If the Eco Nano 2 is fully charged, the lights will turn off.
- Replace the charging cable. If you’re using an older cable, it’s possible that internal damage to the wires is preventing the cable from delivering power reliably.
- Connect the Eco Nano 2 to a different power source. If you’re unable to charge the device with your computer, try connecting it to a wall adapter with a 5-volt, 1-amp output.
- Make sure that the Eco Nano 2’s charging port is clean. If dust is stuffed inside the port, you can pry it out with a toothpick.
Eco Nano 2 Not Hitting
Here’s what you should do if your Eco Nano 2 isn’t hitting when you puff on it.
- Remove the pod from the device and check for a sticker at the bottom. Since the Eco Nano 2 ships with the pod already installed, the sticker is there to ensure that the device’s battery won’t drain while it’s still in the box. Remove the sticker and throw it away.
- Try charging the Eco Nano 2. If nothing happens when you connect the charging cable, follow the steps under “Eco Nano 2 Not Charging” above.
- Check for leaked e-liquid under the pod. If you see a lot of moisture, remove it with a cotton swab or paper towel and try using the Eco Nano 2 again. If the leaking persists, refer to the “Eco Nano 2 Leaking” section below.
- Replace the pod if your Eco Nano 2 still isn’t hitting after you’ve done all of the above steps.
Eco Nano 2 Tastes Burnt
Getting a burnt flavor when you use your Eco Nano 2? Here’s what you should do.
- Check the pod to confirm that it isn’t empty. If you use your Eco Nano 2 with an empty pod, the cotton wick could burn. Always add vape juice when you notice that the pod is getting low.
- Always wait several minutes before vaping when you fill a new Eco Nano 2 pod. You need to give the e-liquid plenty of time to absorb into the pod’s dry wick.
- Replace the pod if you began to notice a burnt, smoky flavor after several days of vaping. This flavor indicates that the coil in the pod is covered with residue from sweetened e-liquid, and there’s no fix for that except to replace the pod. Your Eco Nano pods will last longer if you use unsweetened vape juice.
Eco Nano 2 Leaking
It’s normal to see a little moisture under your Eco Nano pod from time to time because of the way the airflow system works in a pod vape. If you see a substantial amount of e-liquid, though, your Eco Nano 2 is leaking. Here’s what to do.
- Reduce the strength of your puffs a bit. If you use too much air pressure, your Eco Nano 2 could gurgle – and if that happens, it’s likely to leak.
- Don’t overfill the Eco Nano 2 pod. Make sure that the rubber stopper has a bit of room, or the pod could overflow when you close it.
- When you refill the pod, make sure that the stopper is securely closed. This is very important since the filling port is on the bottom of the pod.
Vaporesso Eco Nano 2 Review: Our Expert Perspective
The Eco Nano 2 features Vaporesso’s legendary hardware quality and ease of use, making it the natural choice if you’re stepping up from disposables and are looking for your first refillable vape. It’s a better experience than disposables in many ways, and you’ll know everything you need to know about using it in a matter of minutes.
Compared to the original Eco Nano, the Eco Nano 2 has a few subtle design refinements. We particularly like the four-LED battery indicator, which is much easier to read than the single light of the original Eco Nano. At the same time, though, the original Eco Nano has the same technical capabilities as the Eco Nano 2 and even works with the new Lush Mesh pod. With those things in mind, it’s not an essential upgrade if you own the original Eco Nano and are still happy with the experience.
Best Points
- New 0.6-ohm pod will satisfy you if you like the extra vapor production of today’s dual-coil disposable vapes
- Subtle design refinements compared to the original Eco Nano, including a new four-light battery indicator that’s easier to read
- Compatible with all Eco Nano pods
Could Be Improved
- No charging cable included, but it’ll work with any USB-C cable that’s available
- Would have been nice for the kit to have included two pods rather than one, but including only one pod is standard for a vape under $15
