California Orders

Your order will be delayed 24 hours as per CA Laws. You will receive an automated phone call after 5PM stating that you have placed an order containing nicotine tobacco. The order will state Tobacco and Nicotine on your bank statement.


Where We Ship:

Shipping is provided to all States that are not under a current flavor ban as well as APO and FPO addresses. We also ship internationally worldwide. Available countries will be shown at checkout. International Shipping:

All international orders are subject to verification depending on the size of the order placed. As a company, we do not cover import duties and taxes; all additional fees are expected to be paid by the consumer. Fees may vary depending on delivery location. If your package is returned we will reimburse you in full minus the shipping costs. In the event that your package is seized or destroyed, we are not liable for this and we will not be able to send you a refund. You are responsible to know and understand your country's import laws and regulations.



Take note:

All orders consisting of $250 or more will be shipped to the verified billing address of the cardholder. If said address is unverified by the 6th day, the order will be cancelled. Orders consisting of $150 or more are to be shipped requiring a signature confirmation. This means someone must be available to sign for the package.

Free Shipping is provided for DOMESTIC orders of $75 or more. (After discounts and before tax.) We will use either USPS Priority or FedEx 2Day. If you have a specific carrier you would like please select that option upon Checkout.

At Vape Juice orders are normally processed and shipped within 0-1 days of receipt.


Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

We advise that you review your shipping address carefully when placing your order. Errors with the shipping address will cause delays in processing. We will not reship the package until returned by the courier and the customer has paid to reship the order. All replacement and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.

Tracking Your Order:

The tracking number will be sent to your accounts registered email address once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number has not updated, we cannot take any further action until the 10th business day from the original shipping date. This avoids any duplicate deliveries. If your package is not received by the 10th business day or is reported "delivered" when it was not received, please follow the instructions below.


Order Cancellation:

  • Submit any cancellation request via email to support@vapejuice.com or via phone call. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.


Filing a Claim for Lost or Missing Mail:

In the event that your package has been lost, not received, or misdelivered you are required to contact the Carrier to start a missing mail search. Once the results have been provided please forward them to sales@ecigaretteempire.com and we will further assist you.
