Returns & Exchanges:

  • If a customer orders the wrong product, is not responsible for it and the customer will have to pay for the return label. If the product is damaged, or opened, we cannot accept a return.
  • If a customer receives the wrong product, will pay for the return label and ship out the correct product.
  • Orders that are received damaged, leaking, missing, or broken will be compensated in a case by case basis and return labels are paid for by
  • Hardware that is defective can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Anything past two weeks must be returned directly through the manufacturer.
