How Does the Off Stamp Vape Work?
The $14.95 Off Stamp vape kit includes two components: the disposable pod – which is the main body of the vaping device – and a separate magnetic charging dock. The disposable pod holds the device’s entire 13 ml supply of e-liquid, and it also has a 200 mAh battery. The power dock also has a battery, and its capacity is 800 mAh. When you connect the two, the power dock charges the battery in the disposable pod. You can use the device on its own, or you can use it with the power dock connected.
Although the marketing language suggests that the power dock provides enough power to use all of the e-liquid in the Off Stamp vape, we think it’s more likely that you’ll have to recharge the dock at least once in order to use all of the vape juice in the device. The unique thing about this device, though, is that you can actually keep the dock after the device is used up. When you want to buy another Off Stamp vape in the future, you can buy just the device and charge it with your existing dock, saving a few dollars in the process.
The charging dock has a multi-color LED that serves as a battery indicator. When the LED is green, the battery is almost full. When it is blue, the charge level is from 30 to 69 percent. The indicator turns red when the charge level is below 30 percent. When the dock dies, you can recharge it by connecting it to your computer with a USB-C cable. The device charges only through the dock, and the two pieces are magnetic to ensure a secure connection. You’re free to mix and match the devices and docks if you like.

On the other hand, you’ll only notice the reduced size of the Off Stamp vape if you don’t carry the device with the charging dock. Without the dock, the device has a battery capacity of only 200 mAh, which isn’t great – and with the dock, the device is just as large as any other high-capacity disposable vape. It’s possible to mitigate this issue, though, by owning multiple charging docks and keeping them in different places. For example, you could keep one dock at home and another at work.
