United States United StatesBoss Reserve has been one of my favorite juices for a very long time. I would like to say that I’m enjoying my order right now, but unfortunately I can not. It has been two weeks since I placed my order and I have yet to receive it. Customer service at E-cigarette Empire has been amazing! I received a partial refund on shipping costs and an apology. It is most definitely not ECE’s fault. I highly recommend that anyone ordering juice use a different shipping option. The USPS just can not keep up right now.
