The EBCreate BC Pro 40K costs a very reasonable $15.95 at the time of writing. Although the claimed life of 40,000 puffs might not seem as flashy as some other long-lasting disposable vapes, it’s important to remember that the BC Pro vape automatically lasts longer than other vapes with similar e-liquid capacities by virtue of its clear tank. In a disposable vape that doesn’t have a tank, a fairly significant amount of e-liquid is always wasted because it gets stuck in the wicking system and never travels all the way to the coil. That doesn’t happen with a tank-based vape.

Unique Autofill Technology
The BC Pro 40K is EBCreate’s bid to get back to the leading edge of vape technology. To accomplish that, they’ve given this vape a completely new feature – Autofill – that’s never been seen in another vape before. Here’s how it works.
- The chimney in the middle of the tank has a moving panel that keeps the tank closed by default. The panel cuts the chimney off from the tank’s reservoir, preventing leaks by ensuring that the coil can’t flood.
- After every few puffs, the panel automatically opens to allow e-liquid to enter the coil assembly and refresh the wick. When this happens, the BC Pro 40K makes an audible sound. After a few seconds, you can resume vaping.
You’ll immediately understand the point of the Autofill system if you’ve ever used a disposable vape with a clear tank before. If a vape tank is stored on its side for too long, it’s liable to leak. That happens because of the air pressure differential due to the e-liquid not covering all of the coil’s wick openings. That can’t happen with the BC Pro 40K because the coil assembly is closed when you aren’t vaping.
The Autofill system also helps to eliminate the occasional gurgling sounds and reduced vapor production that can happen when your device’s wick is oversaturated.

- It’s easy to tell how much vape juice you have left because you can just look at the tank. With a traditional opaque vape, you’re basically guessing because what’s shown on the screen is only an estimate.
- You get bigger clouds and better airflow with a tank because there isn’t a large wick obstructing the flow.
- You get more puffs for the amount of e-liquid. In a traditional disposable vape with a large internal wick, some of the vape juice remains stuck in the wick and never travels through to the coil. It has 15 flavors in all, and you can definitely expect EBCreate to add more if the device is a success. Although the flavor selection isn’t huge yet, most of the major fruity profiles are covered. There’s also a plain mint flavor (Winter Mint) for those who prefer a more neutral experience. The only profile that’s really missing is tobacco.

Fixing Problems with the EBCreate BC Pro 40K
The EBCreate BC Pro 40K has some unique technical elements that haven’t been seen before, and being on the leading edge of vaping can come with some occasional growing pains. If your BC Pro isn’t behaving as it should, here’s what you need to do.
Autofill Not Working
If you get a burnt taste with the BC Pro 40K after a few puffs while there’s still plenty of e-liquid in the tank, it means that the device’s autofill system isn’t working. After every few puffs, the chimney should automatically open to allow more e-liquid to enter from the reservoir. If that isn’t happening:
- Use the switch on the bottom to turn the device off and back on.
- If the Autofill still doesn’t work, take a few short puffs to engage the puff timer.
- If it still doesn’t work, try blowing through the mouthpiece a few times in case the airflow sensor is stuck.
- Continue turning the BC Pro 40K off and on to reset the puff timer.
- When the Autofill starts working, wait for a few bubbles to escape from the wick openings. When you see the bubbles, you can resume vaping.
Vibrating/Buzzing
It’s normal for the BC Pro 40K to buzz or vibrate when the Autofill system opens and closes. The sound doesn’t indicate a problem.
Burnt Taste
If your BC Pro 40K tastes burnt, it could mean that:
- The Autofill system isn’t working. Follow the steps above to troubleshoot that issue.
- You’re vaping too quickly – especially if you’re using the dual-coil Turbo mode. After a few puffs, you should pause for several seconds to let the Autofill system refresh the wick.
- Air bubbles have formed around the wick and are preventing it from absorbing more e-liquid. Tap the BC Pro 40K gently a few times to break the bubbles.
- The tank is empty. When no e-liquid remains in the tank, it’s time to replace the device.
