VANILLA TOBACCO BY COASTAL CLOUDS 60ML

By far my favorite flavor of this brand. I first tried the plain tobacco flavor and it was great. Just the flavor I was looking for after much trial and error. Then I saw they had VANILLA tobacco and just had to try it. I'm glad I did because it's my favorite and my go to. The plain tobacco is great if the vanilla is out stock.

Fast delivery, great price, and great flavors. Crystal clouds is hard to find so I was happy to be able to order it rather than search every shop for it!

Due to the new laws in California, I had to find tobacco flavored juice to fall in love with. I was surprised by the mild tobacco tast and hint of vanilla that really rounds out the flavor. This is a very smooth vaping experience

My wife and I have been purchasing our vape juice and coils from “VapeJuice.com” for a few years now, and we’ve never had an issue with them, until recently. We placed an order for 6 bottles of Juice (roughly $85.00), and to begin with our order arrived 3 days late. I’ll give a bit of grace due to it being around the Christmas Holidays. The second issue we had with this order is that when it arrived and we opened it, nearly all of the boxes were crushed, and one bottle was leaking juice inside the envelope it was shipped in. I immediately went the customer support page on their website and filled out the form, and requesting that we be sent a new bottle of the juice that was busted and leaking. I had a very horrible customer service experience with their customer service rep - Iyad Sabbah. He replied to me asking if a refund of $13.25 would be acceptable instead of a new bottle of juice. I was frustrated by this because it wouldn’t have been any trouble for him to have just sent the one bottle of juice and let the company incur the cost in order to please a customer who’s spent hundreds of dollars with them over a few years time, and I felt like I was getting the run-around, and like my issue wasn’t important to him. I also felt like he was callilng me a liar for claiming that the boxes were crushed and the one bottle was leaking, because he told me that I would need to first submit a VIDEO of us pouring out the remaining less than half a bottle of the juice that was busted and leaking (it had already leaked over half the bottle into the package), and I had already submitted 5 photos of the damaged and leaking product. He wouldn’t issue the refund until I sent him the video, and then we would have to wait UP TO 5 WEEKS FOR THE REFUND TO BE PROCESSED!!! That is absolutely absurd!!! Thankfully it didn’t take that long to credit back to our account. Then not to mention the fact that Iyad DID LIE to us in that he said the refund amount would be $13.25, and as it turns out according to my bank statement, the actual refund was for only $12.31. It’s not the amount of money that is the issue or the money at all, it’s the way we were treated like we didn’t matter to him and his company, the uneeded run-around we got to “prove” we were telling the truth, and the way he insinuated we were lying, and the whole principle of the matter. This wouldn’t have hurt the companies bottom line one little bit at all. So, I’ve waited until I got the refund credited back to my account before I submitted this review, because who knows, if Iyad didn’t like my review he possibly would have stopped the refund, I don’t know. While we have enjoyed (in the past) doing business with this company (vapejuice.com), if this is the way they are going to treat a loyal customer who’s spent lot’s of our hard-earned money with them; then they can kick rocks, piss off, and we’ll find another company to get our vape juice and supplies from in the future. Sincerely, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
