False advertisement
The products themselves was fine, it’s the statement on your website that proclaims the product will not be delivered without a verified signature. This is an absolute lie, my package was delivered to a parcel locker, with a false signature. Not verified at all, in fact we don’t know to this day who signed for it, verified it was not.
